Many of us may had heard before that.....

Mr. Brown has a normal vital signs while Mrs Green has abnormal vital signs....

Medical vital signs are mainly four in number; they include

1. Pulse
2. Blood pressure
3. Respiratory rate
4. Temperature

Some sources; consider that ...... Urine output and conscious level are part of the vital signs.
