osteoarthritis affect millions around the world and it cause severe pain with motion especially in knee joint. This disease occur due to degeneration in the cartilage discs within the joint.

British surgeon find a way to cover these damaged discs with stem cells which will repair the damaged surfaces.

In case of success of such surgery, these stem cells will repair the damaged tissue and the patient would avoid the more dangerous operation known as arthroplasty (joint replacement). Building a new cartilage will reduce friction inside the joints and reduce pain with motion.
